Brining Chicken Wings - how long?

Why not try both? 1/2 dry and 1/2 brined.

I think he should send half of each to me. I'll tell him which one is best.

There is never a wrong way. It's the evolution of cooking. Find what makes you the happiest.

I do these kind of things all the time but sometimes as things get moved around i can't tell which is which! Doesn't stop me from doing it again.

I used to brine chicken wings but now I prefer simply letting them marinate for 3 or so hours.  Sometimes I'll have them marinate for as little as 20 minutes when i'm short on time and they still came out moist and flavorful.
