Pineapple casserole

1 can (20 oz) chunky pineapple

3/4 cup melted butter

1 cup Shredded cheddar Cheese

3 Tbsp Flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup Ritz cracker

Drain Pineapple, reserving 3 Tbsp of juice.Mix Flour, Sugar and and reserve juice. Add Cheese & Pineapple chunks, mixing well, Spoon mixture into a buttered dish. Combine melted butter & crush crackers & sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 or til the top starts to just show browning. Bout 4 servings.

A really good summer dish.its good hot or room temp.

Its mainly fruit.. You can substitute a different butter.. Coarse everything you eat should be portion.. But it is hard to have just one serving.
