How to get Primo Product Support

If you have a question or comment about Primo Ceramic Grills and you would like to contact us you have two options:


1.  Call the Primo factory during EST regular business hours at (770) 492-3920.


2.  Complete the GENERAL FEEDBACK FORM on the Primo Website.


If you have an issue with a Primo product you can view the PRIMO LIFETIME WARRANTY to see if it qualifies as a warranty claim.  If so, please fill out PRIMO'S ONLINE WARRANTY CLAIM FORM and have a clear photo(s) ready to upload with the form.
