3rd try on pizza on the Akorn. Finally nailed it!!

First, that's a nice looking pizza BB. :good::good:

Second at 550, my Vision or my Primo would have a pizza ready in 8 minutes unless it was very wet toppings. (10 minutes tops) I'm not sure why yours would've taken so long.

maybe it didnt. I did not time it. I dont time bbq. Its done when its done  :-D

the parchment paper trick is worth its weight in gold

 

I just cranked out 4 pizzas for a party we are having, they all came out perfect and I did not worry about the transferring issue at all

 

I even did a few overflow pies using Pillsbury pizza crust for some unexpected guests.

 

Worked good for those too

 

that stuff is real handy in a pinch
