S60
We have combined some forums. I think "Indoor and Non-Grill Cooking" should be titled "Indoor and Non-Kamado Cooking," as some of us occasionally cook on grills outside that are not kamados, and with the current title, it's not clear where outdoor non-kamado grill cooking should go. Thanks for all you do. I do appreciate it.

CeramicChef
Nothing will ever be 'clear' John if you try and please 100% of the people 100% of the time, you'll end up as bald as I am! I have a motto: I strive for excellence in all I do, never perfection. Excellence I can attain. Perfection is best left to God. You have the best Forum on the Internet. Keep up the wonderful work! This place is excellent. robertyb and TKOBBQ

bwarbiany
I have a motto: I strive for excellence in all I do, never perfection. Excellence I can attain. Perfection is best left to God. My old karate instructor had a slightly different take on that one: "Nobody is perfect. But by striving for perfection, one achieves excellence."
