Portobella Caps (remove stem)



Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper


  1. Set the grill for direct cooking and heat to 400°F.
  2. Grill bacon strips direct or use a skillet until done. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Place the mushroom caps on the grill until soft and liquid has collected in the caps. Remove liquid and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place a raw egg in each cap until it reaches the desired doneness.
  5. Sprinkle with bacon bit and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted.

It's a McPrimo breakfast treat!
