Ribeyes on reversed grill grates

Picked up a nice 24oz ribeye at the butcher this weekend.

Grilled on my GGs flipped over on the flat side with a handful of hickory chips at he start. This has become my preferred method of grilling steaks because of the great all over browning of the meat. Dome temp at 400 on the Akorn to start the cook. Steak seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt. Pulled it off the grill at 130IT

Served with a little bit of roasted cauliflower and my favorite beer.
