75tranzam
Great question John, my family and I were just discussing this over Thanksgiving lunch since everyone is coming to my house for Christmas. We're trying to decide between smoked pork butt with a country farmhouse style meal theme or a Mexican style meal of Bosco's Carne Asade chicken and steak with street corn and other Mexican inspired side dishes. I thought about a whole goose till I saw the price for a whole one....Wow! We kicked lamb around too but decided to keep that our Easter meal. Addertooth
I have some duck resting in the deep freeze, it will likely be found on the table Christmas day. My wife, who has a Hispanic heritage, will be making tamales from scratch with a variety of meat fillings. captndan, wickedcajun, jrow17 and 1 other

rchang72
Thinking a roulade with butterflied pork roast, filled with a garlic/rosemary stuffing. Pittsburgh
LungDOgg
We actually do a soup buffet for Christmas. I am planning on smoking a brisket just to make chili but we usually have chicken noodle, chili, some fancy German noodle and ball thing my mother in law makes, split pea and fresh rolls Pittsburgh

magician
We've had stuffed shells and lasagna on Christmas before. Was informed by my cousin and aunt it'll be lasagna this year. Aussie Joe, captndan and wickedcajun
jag72
Or normal Christmas dinner has turned Italian. Lasagna has been the choice the past few years. Just to close to Thanksgiving to have more turkey and ham. We are not very traditionalist when it comes to christmas dinner.
