Want to start by thanking John Setzler for his turkey recipe (Sage,Rosemary,Tyme & unsalted butter) made a great bird, which made for a good Thanksgiving. Thanks again John.

Based this cook off the 3-2-1 but shortened the time by about 30 min. on each, my temp stayed pretty steady. All in all a learning experience and a tasty one at that!

Great looking cook, but if I were you, I wouldn't let that elephant anywhere close to my food! Talk about cross contamination! :lol:
