Sounds absolutely delicious! I'll give it a go!

Have you ever tried baked onions (1015's or Vidalias)? Stunningly good!

No, do you have a recipe?

The link to Southern Living just above thismpost works for me. Mine is a little different ... I use Provolone cheese on top the last 10 minutes and crank up the temp. The cheese gets all nice an brown and bubbly just as itmwould under a broiler. I also use garlic powder. After I pull them, I let them rest about 5 minutes and then sprinkle a nice finishing salt on top.

Yummers!

Merry Christmas!

Just my 2 cents worth ...

As long as you use those 'Jawja unyons' ya just can't go wrong. I have wrapped them in foil like a baked potato and they come out great.

EDIT: In a pinch you yankees could use those Walla Walla Sweets I guess.

Enjoy!

I do so love all the things that you can cook in/on a kamado cooker!

Anyone got anything interesting that you do with Jicama? It's great thinly sliced into strips and garnishing a sammich, salad, etc.

Merry Christmas!

Just my 2 cents worth ...
