Italian Steak and Eggs Breakfast Sandwich

My "Big Sandwich" challenge cook.

Italian seasoned, beef tenderloin with eggs cooked in Italian, fire roasted tomatoes served on Italian bread French toast style.

Ingredients

Onions, peppers and garlic.

Add and simmer tomatoes and 2 Tbsp paste.

Killer sanga ckreef mighty fine entry dare say might need a few serviettes with that one lol nicely done never seen grade A eggs before all we get is caged or free range I buy caged cause I can't taste the difference lol

Looks good, great job on that one! I love runny yoke on almost anything. Call that one "brinner".

TY philpom. I test cooked the eggs in sauce a few nights ago with less than stellar results. I had a much better handle on the timing for runny yolks for this cook.

Wow. That looks so good. Nice job. Gonna be tough to top that sammich for this month's challenge.

TY Oly Smokes. Deciding what to do was the challenging part this month. I was going to do a club sandwich but then bosco beat me to the punch. After that I was going to do a tripple bbq sandwich with pulled pork, pulled chicken and beef(either pulled or brisket). I even went so far as cooking the pork and chicken but in the end didn't really like that idea.

Finally I saw this egg in tomato sauce idea on another forum and adapted it for this challenge.

Glad this one is over and already have my fatty idea ready to go.

All eggs in the grocery stores where I live are marked grade A. Not sure it really has any true meaning. Just don't think anybody would buy eggs marked grade B - LOL. I've never seen any labeled free range or caged.
