Today I tried two different things, I used a coconut charcoal extruded type Que, used maple wood chunks and for final product tried new method for pulling the pork shoulder.

I used my kitchen aid at a slow speed with regular mixing paddle, On YouTube a saw a chicken salad recipe using kitchen aid to shread chicken breasts.

Using the kitchen aid to shread the pork took a total of 3-5 minutes. I have attached picture of pulled pork that I did back in May. From both picture you can see the difference in texture between kicked aid and manual method using pulling forks. The photo at the top is the manually pulled one from May 2015.
