Who cares how long it took, i am sure it was more fun.

I would suggest getting some serious heat on that pizza stone to burn off the grease. You don't want it to turn rancid and smell bad.

Here goes the meatballs, had fun with the KJC again!

Awesome! I love my classic. I was tossing up getting a junior to keep it company but I think the best set up for me would be 2 classics.

Agree mate, the big joe is too big for smaller cooks. If you had 2 classics you could cover the big cooks at the same temperature or have two different temperatures and configurations going at the same time to make a complete meal that is ready at the same time. If I suggested another KJC my missus would not be happy!
