onewondershow
Despite the fact that I may have bronchitis and the not so great weather I just had to grill. I wen out last night between bands of rain to thro some steaks on my kj. While I got the grill up to temp. My wife threw some McCormick steak seasoning on a few ny strips we had in the fridge. These were no more than an inch so I didn't bother with reverse seer. I just turned them 90 degrees after about a minute. Then flipped and repeated the process. As per my pt100 only the smallest one was done so I pulled it and gave the rest another minute or so. They all came out a perfect medium rare and were very juicy.
