I just love how fast I get this mini going. It's works very well. I can't wait till I get my plate setter and daisy wheel.

I like my mini, I just wish it was a little bigger. The biggest reason I don't use it that much is it's just to limiting. I've been debating getting a akorn jr or such for a bit more room.

Great cooks. I've played with one of those in a store one day. Yup a 10" grate is really small.

The Akorn Jr with 14" grate can easily hold twice the food.

Cooking well love the brick idea ,the jr's are really good.is that the original thermometer looks pretty huge
