Crackle on the KK

Really stoked I'm getting my KK I have tried different ways on the Joe to some success it was not until I got the joetisserie that proved to be the ground breaker as you can tell from the aussies on this site we love our crackle .whilst I'm waiting to try this myself can any of you KK owners show me your results ,I know it's hard for you to get skin on but maybe a pork belly go on have ago would really love to see the results

To make cracklins you use a cut of pork that has the pork skin, pork fat and pork meat all attached. Pork Rinds, on the other hand, use only the pork fat. Virtually any piece of pork that has skin or fat attached to it can be used to make cracklins.Aug 31, 2004
