DerHusker
Atomic Shrimp = Bacon Wrapped Shrimp stuffed with Smoked Cheddar Cheese and Jalapeño. This weekend I also made these again. I took some U13 shrimp and split them as much as possible and then filled the cavity with sharp cheddar cheese, then a slice of jalapeno and then wrapped them in bacon. I place them on the preheated (to 300) kamado for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Let them cool for just a few minutes and then plated them up with some cilantro garnish. These are sooo tasty. Thanks for looking. Cgriller64, Mironccr345, aljoseph and 15 others
ckreef
Fantastic cook. Those look delicious. That money shot looks like it should be in a food magazine. I do believe you are getting better over time with your picture white balance. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk DerHusker

HaagenDazs
One of my favorite methods, though I usually do pepper or monterey jack. There is a somewhat serious problem with your post & photos... there are only 5. It's like that scene in Forrest Gump. Ha! prowe
Those look awesome. There is a recipe over on amazing ribs that you might want to check out. Very similar but using sweet Thai Chile sauce. They are quite tasty. Btw, I BBQ shrimp NOLA style a while back. iirc it was your recipe that inspired me. I had done em before, but not in the kamado. Was swell. Thanks much for the inspiration. Ode Nola BBQ shrimp are amazing. DerHusker
