Wow.. Huge cuts of meat. How did you cook them? Any favorite rubs or seasoning you use?

Hi Mrs. Reef,

Cooked them direct for 11-13 minutes @ 500-600 degrees. Seasoned with sea salt, garlic and onion powder. It was one big piece of wagyu rump cap cut into four smaller pieces. Very tasty!
