I recently began cooking on a kamado, my Kamado Joe Classic, to be exact.  I am absolutely addicted and already planning for the day I can afford a KK.  They are gorgeous and I'm intrigued by the ease of use everyone says they offer.  I hope to have one in about five years.  Until then, all you lucky KK owners, keep posting your topics, and Dennis, you keep making those beauties!
