My Fingers are still crossed the Big Joe Joetisserie will be released soon.  I wanted to find out what temps the Joetisserie can operate.

This may be shocking to some, occasionally it gets cold in Canada.   The motor must have some limits.  What do you think is the coldest outdoor temps the Joetoseries can operate?

I have no idea they are sealed but I would leave the motor inside until you are up to temp then it should be fine if your Joe is under cover and I mean a roof not snow lol the other question I would be asking is how are you going to power it you need some protection

Thanks Guys.  I would think there would be an operating temp range for the motor.  The Weber model used to have for my kettle was rated for -23 C.  The motor wasn't sealed.

It sounds like KJ thought about cold weather operation.  Hopefully the Big Joe version will be out in the fall.
