Rob L
My brother in law caught a yellow fin tuna approx 40 miles off the So Cal coast, west of Avalon, Catalina Is. Figured I'd put a slab of it on the Jr.

ckreef
Nice slab of tuna. That would cost you an arm and a leg where I live.
rwhinton
Nice looking meal. That yellow fin would cost me $8.97 a pound at my local H-E-B.

Colt0208
Do you have a rough recipe for the rub you used? I have access to tuna every so often fro ma friend of mine who goes out, and want to try it on the kamado next time! I've always just used a little seafood seasoning and olive oil in the past, but would like to mix it up! Looks awesome by the way! Doesn't get any fresher than that too...
