Vision Grill Top Vent Falls Off

Recommended Posts

I have a Vision Grill Classic B. When I raise the top sometimes the top vent falls off. This is not due to over exerting when opening it. Sometimes the motion of closing it makes the top vent also fall off.

How do the prongs on the underside of the top vent help, they don't go out far enough to grab anything.

Like deck and flyingscot, said, It is likely the gasket,   Remove your cap and look at the gasket.   It is likely charred.     I have replaced my gasket because cap very loose and when I removed it was badly charred.    After I replaced cap was snuggly on.
