John, all the options are mutually exclusive, so only one can be selected from the entire list - there are no sections to speak of.  You'll notice that there are exactly 173 votes for all of the options combined, which is the exact same as the number of people who have voted.

I see this dates back to 2012, but you might want to repost this if the results are to be interpreted correctly.

Fixed... that must not have translated properly when I upgraded the forum to the new software...

I had great satisfaction in the areas listed when I voted as a Big Joe owner. After using it several times/week and adding a classic with flexible cooking rack and ash collecting system and needing customer-service assistance a couple of times, my satisfaction is still rock-solid!

I've owned my KJ Classic for 2 years now and have had NO issues.  IMO the quality is better than the other major players in this segment of grills; this based off using or lifting the hood on many of them.  All the Kamados I've cooked on BGE, Primo, KJ, and Saffire seem to cook near identical; however, KJ gets my vote on sturdiness and quality of construction.  I do wish it were made in the USA, as is the case with Primo, or even Mexico like the Egg.  Just my opinion but so far I've been extremely happy with my purchase.

I'm very satisfied with my Classic Joe, and it's almost two years since CJ became a member of my household. :)  I even have the original seals; they may be fireproof given the accidental testing that I've conducted.

The price seems to be in line with the others though depending on which it is compared, the standard internals add value. Plus I got more at a road show so that makes it an excellent value.

***update***

I've since added a junior and encountered a cracked base on my Big Joe. KJ took care of the base with a smile and free shipping. I am very happy with my Kamado's and the customer service that I've received from KJ headquarters. the KJ crew are such nice people: Meghan, KJ Kev, John, Andy, Bobby, they really care that you like your grill.

Where the heck is my rotisserie, lol.
