jrow17
Here is a meatloaf that was cooked on the KJC I used Jackjumpers bunt cake pan method mainly just to get the shape. Then I let it sit in the refrigerator for thirty minutes then flipped on to parchment paper. The round one was basted with Guy Fiery bourbon BBQ sauce and the smaller one with Ketchup. Meatloaf was served with some Costco Mac n Cheese and some mashed potatoes with brown gravy. The meatloaf had a nice crust but honestly it was a bit dry, I much prefer cooking it in a cast iron. It was still delicious. Thanks! JoeC, Jack., benniesdad and 2 others

jrow17
:good::good:Great job, Jose. Everything looks delicious. Thanks Jack, not as good looking as yours but it was delicious. It was made up of ground pork and ground beef. Next time I will use a 80/20 ground beef instead of 90/10 and less bread crumbs
