Never can get enough of different cookers

I was seeing a variation as high as 50 degrees off from side to side, I haven't done any tuning with damper/plate or anything but I can say it cooked the chicken perfect as well as the beef ribs , chicken [emoji490] got more heat than beef ribs , will keep you updated as I get familiar and try to dial in this cooker. I still prefer our Kingman for even temps , and of course our Kamado's they can't be beat. I believe we have great combo here now

Nice. I almost bought the 640/comp cart about a year and a half ago. Decided I didn't really want a grill that had to be plugged into AC to be used.

This Spring I bought a Karubecue... which has to be plugged into AC to be used.

Go figure. :)

So what are your thoughts on the Karubecue?  The story that goes with it is very compelling.

That Yoder looks like it owns that space--even in a storm. Almost makes me want to try a second pellet grill.

Go for it you won't regret, I honestly have been skeptical of pellet grills, I have been corrected , this thing rocks
