Look what I found in the back of my freezer.IMG_3857.JPG

Veal cut thin for scallopini. 


An an opportunity to try one of my Christmas presents.



My latest addition to my Le Creuset collection.



Breaded the cutlets and pan fried until crispy golden.



Layered in the pan with marinara sauce, blend of Italian cheeses, mozzarella, and fresh Italian parsley. Placed in 400 degree oven to get bubbly good.



Plated with some Rigate.



Add a nice bottle of vino in a Happy New Year glass and dinner is served.

Thanks dsarcher. The veal was tender and anything smothered in cheese and marinara can't go wrong. :-D
