Jesse
Gotta love Craigslist finds, found this little old guy for $50. It popped up in my email and with in minutes I emailed the seller and it was mine. This little guy is brand new and has never been used. She had everything with it, even the cookbook with registration card in it. I don't even know if I want to use it now. Jesse
The only issue with it is the front vent, it's pretty much rusted open. Might have to replace that with a new one. Anyone ever been able to register an old egg?

Anyone ever been able to register an old egg? If it's never been registered and you have the receipt as well (hope you scored that too) then you could input all the info. Otherwise, it would be difficult to Warranty the egg. Great find though, did it have the nest as well? Take a small screwdriver handle, and tap the draft door. It might free upSent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

yljkt
Get the new lower vent, it will have the spark screen. You can cook with the ceramic cap by cocking it, or order a DFMT. That little egg is a beauty. Congrats. Jesse

keeperovdeflame
Wow, what a great find. That's a bit like winning the lottery. Can't believe it is brand new, congratulations. What luck, maybe you should go out and buy a lottery ticket. You may be on a roll, my friend. Jesse
