Smothered pork chops

Tonight for dinner after work decided to do something different. Had some chops seasoned them up with salt, pepper and blackened seasoning from cabelas (I love that seasoning). I grilled them off then put them in a cast iron skillet added sautéed onions and mushrooms on top of them and put provolone cheese on top of them and put them back on the akorn to melt the cheese. Paired with a baked tater and steamed veggies. All I have to say is WOW! the chops turned out amazing!
