Hello and welcome to the forum from Baltimore Maryland. As far as must have items, the D&C is a must with the half s/s grates or at least the half cast iron griddle grate. I use this for reverse searing large steaks. Enjoy!

I tried the CPL charcoal yesterday. Nice consistent sized large lump and not too much small stuff. Lit real easy and burnt well (not sure if it's quite as long lasting as my favourite which is Pagan Fuels premium). Nicely packaged as well in 2 bags (not paper - some plasticy stuff) so should keep the damp out. I think it's a bargain and they delivered it in a few days...
