New Kamado Joe classic owner!

Hello from upstate NY! Recently purchased my 2017 Kamado Joe classic and had my first cook today.


Did some chicken breasts for weekly meal prep and then some NY strip steaks for dinner. Chicken came out great but the steaks were over done. Seared at 650 and just kept them on too long. First time cooking on a Kamado grill so hopefully with time I'll dial it in.
