Sous vide brisket

So had a flat would not be able to really watch the grill until the afternoon. So sous vide overnight then put on the kamado to smoke for 3 hours. Tender and flavorful.

Been wanting to try one with the anova but haven't found a good priced one at the store. I did however do a corned beef point last week with the Anova and it was awesome! Your brisket looks great, I must give this a go.

Excellent cook. What temp did you sous vide the brisket at and did you season the meat before or after sous vide.
