Efincoop Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 I grilled up some quail that i got from www.dartagnan.com I kept semi-simple with salt, pepper, and paste of garlic, rosemary and lemon zest. Efincoop Posted April 24, 2017 Author Share Posted April 24, 2017 Every recipe I found cooked them whole. They cooked fairly quick whole. I seared the about 4 minutes a side then roasted them indirect for about 14 minutes.
