Major score from my local Sam's Club tonight...


These aren't easy to find outside a custom butcher shop.  $8/lb for Angus beef at Sam's Club is a no-brainer for me.  I have always had fantastic results with Sam's Angus Beef and expect this one to be no different.  This is almost 3lbs and its huge.  This will turn into a reverse-sear video tomorrow....

The picture does not quite do it justice if you have a 3+ pounder there. that's big for single ribeye.  I too look forward to your video.

With the Joe in the background you can really see the size of that hunk of meat......I too am jealous! Great looking cook
