Thinking outside the box

so far I've done steaks, burgers, veggies, appetizers, rack of lamb chops, ribs, bologna, hotdogs, and brats and I live how everything turned out. 

Today I went for something different. My wife was going to cook a meatloaf and I convinced her to let me do it on my Vision. It was out of this world. Just the right amount of smoke.  We top it with a roasted raspberry chipotle sauce and that was stepped up also by the smoke.

One of the biggest mistake, IMO, with any meat is too much smoke.  In my case here, the pan shielded the meat for getting over smoked.
