Chicken Thighs

Smoked some chicken thighs tonight.


Smoked over Big Joe hardwood charcoal with chunks of wild cherry wood to add the smoke flavor. Brushed in melted butter, rubbed on my all purpose rub, and cooked at 290 degrees for about 2.5 hours.


Turned out great!
