Yeah like I really needed another grill. But you guys just had to keep talking about that sale....

$79.00 out the door at the local Wallyworld.

I couldn't afford not to buy it.

Maybe if I can keep it in the box, it will make a nice Christmas gift...

Thanks,:-P

No, no, no - you have to at least unbox it to make sure there are no warranty issues. While you have it unboxed you might at well fire it up.

If anything you can give it to yourself as your unbirthday present.

I really don't need to let this one out of the box just yet.

I've got more than I can feed now.

I'm sure I'll find a perfect application for it.
Grills and screwdrivers......you can't have too many.

I found them near me, $90 - real close to grabbing one to replace a small Weber Kettle I use when I travel.

I've had a small Weber and a couple of similar grills and couldn't get the handle on them. My fires were always blazing or about to die. Middle ground was hard to hold.
I believe this little Akorn is going to be a good traveling grill.

Go for it.

You can't always trust the number shown on the inventory checker. I have seen it show none in stock and then been in the store and seen them on the shelf. It is worth a phone call to check. It is showing none in the stores around me right now but one say -0- but it says Limited Stock.

I think you should wrap it up, put some stamps on it and mail it over here to Oz.  Haven't seen a JR here but I can imagine it will be a lot more than that.

From what I've read here I do also believe it will be more than a traveling grill. I didn't mean for it to be perceived that way.

I have about a half dozen "unable to travel grills" of various sizes, conditions and configurations around the house, so I'm happy to have a Kamado style that would be easy to throw on the back of the truck...it's small enough that I wouldn't be expected to cook for over one or 2 folks and the WTF cool factor with that little red egg shaped grill is gonna make people "think" I know what I'm doing...along with a healthy dose of BS.

These grills belong in Oz. I hope you can get one soon.

What are you talking about. Throw a Boston butt on it and you can easily cook for 10+. Pull the butt put on a bunch of 1/2 ears of corn on.

You just need to be a little creative to cook for a small group on it.
