Auto temp control

Recommended Posts

Have you thought about making an adapter for the tip top?  I've seen others on here post them.

On a temp controller it depends on what you desire out of it.  I've used and still use from time to time a Auber Instruments PID controller.   It works like it's designed to, I decided I wanted wi-fi connectivity and at the time had limited choices.  I built with my son a Heatmeter PID controller.  I am pleased with it but having issues at this point in time getting it to connect with my wi-fi since I changed services.  If I were to get one today I would opt for the Flameboss 300.

There is an adapter that you can buy from Home Depot.  I would recommend doing a search on this forum using tri top controller and adapter.

I also used an Auber instrument SYL 2615 which has similar features as the Flameboss 300 but is limited to two temperature probes.  This is not a big deal for me since I have the Thermowork Smoke.
