I cooked a 3.3 lb pork loin Wednesday with the Akorn  preheated to 250.  It got to 130 in 1 hr 15 min.  I then glazed it and let it go another 15 min and pulled it at 140.  It would have gotten to 140 a little quicker if I hadn't had the lid open the whole time I was glazing it.
