If they do it to my beloved Tri Tips, they'l do it to anything they sell

Use them to poke holes in pork belly skin. 

 

Just freeze the belly for a about an hour so. Then you can poke a crazy amount of holes into the skin, which then makes it easier for the fat to render out and crisp the skin
