Reheating

I have 1 lb of brisket and 2-3 pounds of Pulled Pork that my son needs to reheat on Thursday for his class at school. These are already vacuum bagged and will be thawed out. What time and temperature should I suggest for him to reheat it at?

I usually reheat pork around 135-138 for an hour and a half or so if right out of she refrigerarator...longer if partially frozen. I usually reheat about a pound at a yime.By the way, the meat will be as moist as if you just pulled it off the grill when uou cut the bag open. With 3-4 pounds i would probably go at least two and a half hours

I know this post is late but I took a 16 oz piece of prime rib out of my freezer and set my Anova to 130 degrees.  I left it in there for 90 minutes and it came out great.  It was probably done earlier but I wasn't in a hurry.
