Please tell us more about your cook.

Well, veggies marinated in olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Pork rubbed with lemon juice, olive oil and Meat Church Holy Cow and Holy Gospel rubs.

Served with oven roasted fingerling potatoes dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano and salt & pepper.

It's a really quick cook, 60 minutes prep included! :)

That does look great! This may be a dumb question but,  As for the cook did you cook all together? Or smoke the pork then throw the veggies on later? Also, when you roasted he veggies was it diffused it open flame?

Thanks! Yes it was all grilled together without diffusers, at around 400F for about 35-40 minutes. Super convenient that the timing is the same for all items!

Awesome! Im so glad you responded to that. as Ive been wondering how to do "the whole meal" on the grill as opposed to one after the other. I've done cooks on the gasser before with all the veggies, and one either gets over done, or gets underdone... Like, I want to have my beans and veggies done at the same time my butt is... know what I mean?
