Magnus Allgurén
... Had to break it back in today! Last night I had the last of my smoked almonds so figured perfect opportunity to make some more! Especially since my endocrinologist says they're so healthy for me. First of all this is a variant of John's smoked almonds so I can't take the credit! Ingredients are simply almonds, peanut oil, salt & pepper, Frank's Red Hot and a few alder wood chunks. Bring up to 250 and smoke 35-40 minutes. And done! KismetKamado
I haven’t ever used hot sauce (just rub with a Cajun flair)... will have to give that a go sometime. Should kick it up a bit, which I would be all for. Magnus Allgurén
Magnus Allgurén
I only tried a few weeks ago... You know when you have that "I wonder what would happen if..." moment and it turned out great!
TKOBBQ
Those do look good. When you say almonds do you start with raw or roasted unsalted? Magnus Allgurén
BeerdedRooster
I’m totally doing this... Magnus Allgurén
