Had some fun today with some steak and potatoes

That's a really nice looking steak and I am glad that you did not cook it to 220F.  It would have been well beyond burnt.. :)

The crust was good, but the pic may be aided by the Hardcore Carnivore Black rub.  I really love that rub on steak.

I fixed it for you. You should be able to edit your own posts for a certain amount of time. After that, you’re not able to I think. I don’t know the specifics, but it’s corrected now so you don’t have to worry about anyone cremating their steak and cursing your name. :)
