Thank you @daninpd. I serve it with Thousand Island dressing. Thats what Schlotzsky's put on there Sanwiches.

With the corned beef you can always do a water soak out to draw some of the salinity out of it.  Usually 4 to 12 hours before submerge in water and let soak, you may want to change out the water after 2-4 hours.

Thank you @shuley. I think I might try my own brine next time. May take longer to get finish but I think it would be better on our health.
