I am on my way to sorting my plateau out. Thanks for the video @SmallBBQr.

 

Culprit. Sneaking food between meals. Using cravings as an excuse to snack-albeit carefully, but a snack none-the-less.

 

Apple cider vinegar has become my friend-hopefully will help with insulin matters in my body as in the video.

 

Hot sauce, jalapenos etc.-thy get along with me at mealtime. Those seem to help not eating in between meals.

 

A toughie is the great smells that emanate from my KJ.:-o

 

Had to reset my fitness devices as my heart rate has gone lower during exercise.

 

-gonna try out the Polar Vantage M, just released and will be at my door Tuesday. Got it for more accuracy.
