Here is an easy to make Bama White Sauce for your chicken:

  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 13. cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp course ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Whisk together and place in jar....refigeate for two hours before use   Shake well with each use.

I prefer using smoked salt in it (and most things)

Thank you, thank you !!!

My tribe loves it.

Hope yours does, too.

The sauce is at it's best when the chicken is cooked with crispy skin and a bit of char.....then laid down into the sauce.

Lawdy it's smack yer lips good at that point...

Looks awesome @Dub!  Always been curious about the white sauce - never tried it.

Sorta tangy......zero sweet......works well with blackened chicken.

It's growing on me.
