Roasted pork shoulder

Recommended Posts

In Spain every village has its own popular holidays and this week they are in my village.
To celebrate the day with friends I have made a shoulder of marinated pork (12 hours) in orange juice and lemon plus a good jet of brandy, an onion and some cloves.
After 4 hours in the Kamado it looks very good but we haven't tried it yet.
I have taken advantage of the heat left in the Kamado to put some red peppers. When they are ready I will make a salad with them, very typical here to accompany meats.

It's a pity smell cannot be included in pistures...
It seems that I'm getting the point to my Kamado.
