philpom
Tostada's! No worries, taco Tuesday lives on, fish tacos tomorrow. I don't think I have cooked on my bucket grill in 15 years but I pulled it out of the shed for this one. It's a pretty good cooker for a Dutch oven. Chicken breast, corn, black beans, salt, pepper, Cilantro and lime juice, here it is! Money? Here is a look at the cook and this grill. The tostada's had a base of refried beans with the Cilantro lime chicken and cheddar cheese and was topped with chopped Romain and diced tomatoes. This was a winner with the kids and the adults. It's actually a store bought grill that looks like a bucket, I use to take it camping because of the size and weight. It's been so long since I last used it I have no idea but probably hamburger or sausage grease. I'm certain it was something edible! I was hoping for something far more interesting, like mop water or lye philpom
