Here's a quick and easy recipe for some fudge that will knock your socks off... 



Grand Marnier Fudge 3 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used half milk chocolate and half semi sweet)

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup Grand Marnier (or whisky)


Melt the chocolate per package instructions. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a foil lined 8x8 baking dish and cover with foil. Let sit at room temp for 4 to 8 hours until completely cooled. Toss in the fridge for an hour to chill before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
