Good start to a quick pizza sauce

Mezzeta makes a really simple very fresh tasting sauce out of San  Marzano tomatoes, EVO, fresh onion,  fresh  basil, garlic, and sea salt, cracked pepper. No preservatives, no added sugar, no paste. San Marzano tomatoes are tough to come by in my neck of the woods, but I can get them in this sauce. It is billed as an ultra premium sauce and because it has no preservatives it needs to be kept  in the fridge after opening and is only recommended to last 3-5 days. Comes in a 16.25 Oz jar. Perfect size for pizza night. Good stuff as is, but  I add some more Italian herbs, a little more garlic, some reduced red wine, and a little crushed red pepper for a nice quick pizza sauce. Perfect when you want pizza now and don't have time to make a truly home made sauce. Something to keep in mind anyway.
